Welcome to 34 Sir David Baird Drive – Blouberg
Our boutique and airy studio is situated in Blouberg with Table Mountain as our back drop.
The colours of the ocean on our right sets the mood to just keep flowing and you can enjoy an ocean dip after class if you wish.
The studio can only accommodate 8/10 yogis which make our classes more intimate where you will receive individual focus and attention.
Personal adjustments will be available for those who are comfortable and in some of our classes there will be essential oils included.
We provide props like blocks, straps, and bolsters to help support your yoga practice.
